Shift Type: Night shift, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (schedule days not specified; evenings/nights)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing and toileting
- Take and record vital signs, monitor patients and promptly report changes to the nursing team
- Assist with safe patient transfers and mobility to promote comfort and independence
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care delivered
- Support a positive patient experience by communicating warmly and collaborating with the care team
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (required)
- Active enrollment on the New Mexico CNA registry preferred or required according to state rules
- Basic life support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or available upon hire
- Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude; new grads and experienced CNAs encouraged to apply
Education
- Completion of an accredited CNA training program
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Comfortable with ADLs and basic patient care tasks
- Proficient in taking and documenting vital signs
- Knowledge of infection control and patient safety practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Time management and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
