Shift Type: Varied schedule per facility, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM Day shift (12.5-hour day)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Monitor and document patient condition, reporting changes promptly to the nursing team
- Provide compassionate bedside care while maintaining patient dignity and comfort
- Support safe transfers and use proper body mechanics to reduce risk of injury
- Help with meal assistance and ensure accurate intake/output documentation
- Collaborate with nurses and other care team members to deliver coordinated patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant) — T-CNA experience is a plus
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification preferred
- Experience working in long-term care, rehabilitation, or acute care settings is helpful
- Ability to pass facility onboarding checks including background and drug screen
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completed state-approved CNA training program and current certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of patient safety, infection control, and basic nursing procedures
- Comfortable with electronic charting and accurate documentation
- Skilled in safe patient handling and mobility assistance
- Good time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and observation skills
