Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting and mobility
• Support nursing staff by taking vital signs, reporting changes, and documenting care accurately
• Assist with safe transfers and positioning to promote comfort and prevent injury
• Communicate clearly with the care team and families to ensure coordinated, person-centered care
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to infection control best practices
• Contribute to a positive resident experience by delivering respectful, dignified care

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential (T-CNA or state equivalent)
• Able to work the assigned schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Comfortable with 12+ hour clinical shifts and a 10-week travel assignment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, resident-focused approach
• Willingness to complete facility onboarding, background check, and drug screen as required

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in resident care and activities of daily living
• Knowledge of basic vital sign measurement and documentation
• Familiarity with infection prevention and safe patient handling
• Good communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
• Ability to follow care plans and report clinical changes promptly
