Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care and support for residents' daily living activities
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility while preserving dignity
• Measure, monitor and document vital signs and resident status accurately
• Support safe patient transfers and fall prevention efforts
• Communicate observations and changes to the nursing team in a timely way
• Contribute to a calm, respectful environment and support residents' emotional needs

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• T-CNA credential included in the job posting and preferred
• Available to start by December 9, 2025, or sooner (ASAP starts within 2 weeks)
• Willingness to work night shift hours for the duration of the assignment

Education

• Completion of an approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs
• Accurate vital signs collection and documentation
• Basic infection control practices and safe patient handling
• Clear, compassionate communication with residents and the care team
• Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
