Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Take and document vital signs, report changes, and contribute to concise patient records
• Assist nursing staff with safe transfers and mobility support to prevent falls and injuries
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection prevention protocols
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with patients, families, and the care team
• Support the facility in delivering person-centered care that preserves dignity

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification (CNA or T-CNA) as indicated on the order
• Willingness and availability to work the scheduled Sun/Thu/Fri shifts for a 13-week travel assignment
• Ability to pass required background checks and facility onboarding
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; a caring attitude that puts patients first

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic nursing care skills including bathing, feeding, toileting, and grooming assistance
• Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
• Comfortable with electronic or paper charting and clear documentation habits
• Good observational skills to notice and report patient changes
• Team-oriented mindset and the ability to follow care plans and direction from nursing staff
