Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to residents during 12-hour day shifts at Andover Manor Rehab & Nursing
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and in line with facility protocols
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and support staff to create and update individualized care plans
- Monitor resident status, document changes clearly, and escalate concerns promptly
- Assist with mobility, activities of daily living, and support rehabilitation goals
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory and facility standards
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in Massachusetts (required)
- Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
- Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and a team-oriented approach
- Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred
Education
- Completion of an accredited LPN or RN nursing program (diploma, certificate, or associate degree)
Knowledge & Skills
- Clinical assessment and safe medication administration
- Clear, compassionate communication with residents and team members
- Familiarity with nursing documentation and care planning
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy rehab and nursing environment
