Shift Type: Nights, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (per diem schedule; days vary)

Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
- Monitor resident condition and report changes to nursing staff promptly
- Assist with safe transfers, bathing, dressing, and toileting while preserving dignity
- Document care activities accurately and timely according to facility policy
- Help create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for residents
- Collaborate with the care team to support individualized care plans
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential, required
- Active or eligible for CNA certification in Pennsylvania
- Comfortable working overnight shifts and providing hands-on resident care
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Willingness to complete facility onboarding, background check, and health screenings
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Completion of an approved CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic patient care techniques and safe transfer practices
- Infection prevention and hand hygiene best practices
- Clear, respectful communication with residents and teammates
- Basic charting and documentation skills
- Ability to follow care plans and escalate clinical concerns appropriately
