Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition
- Maintain a safe, clean, and dignified environment for residents
- Communicate clearly with nurses and the care team about patient needs
- Accurately document care delivered and follow facility policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential valid in New Mexico
- Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Comfort working night shifts and adapting to per diem scheduling
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-first attitude
- Previous experience as a CNA is preferred but new grads are welcome
Education
- High school diploma or GED and completion of a state-approved CNA program
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic patient care and safe transfer techniques
- Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
- Infection control and proper PPE use
- Comfortable with documentation and charting best practices
- Teamwork, time management, and clear communication
- Empathy, patience, and strong observation skills
