Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living with dignity and respect
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
- Provide compassionate bedside care and emotional support to patients
- Help with safe transfers, mobility assistance, and fall prevention
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
- Communicate clearly with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
- Document care in the chart thoroughly and timely
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
- Ability and willingness to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Pass required background check and drug screen per facility policy
- Compassionate, patient-centered attitude and strong communication skills
- Previous long-term care or rehab experience a plus, but enthusiastic new CNAs are welcome
Education
- High school diploma or GED and current CNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Comfortable assisting with ADLs (feeding, bathing, toileting, dressing)
- Accurate vital sign measurement and patient observation
- Basic wound care support and safe patient handling techniques
- Familiarity with infection prevention and standard precautions
- Clear, professional communication and teamwork skills
- Basic electronic charting and documentation skills or willingness to learn
