Shift Type: Per diem nights, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Night shift); days vary / schedule based on facility needs

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team promptly
- Support safe patient transfers and mobility with proper technique
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient interactions
- Follow infection control practices and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Collaborate with nurses and allied staff to deliver high-quality care
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Available for per diem night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
- Comfortable working in a residential/rehab care setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well on a team
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on patient care and assisting with ADLs
- Basic vital sign measurement and observation skills
- Understanding of infection control and patient safety principles
- Clear documentation and communication with nursing staff
- Teamwork, reliability, and a calm bedside manner
