Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care on assigned shifts
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Assess and monitor patient status, documenting changes in the chart
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support care plans
- Perform nursing procedures and maintain infection control standards
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and staff to ensure smooth handoffs
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maryland; Registered Nurse (RN) applicants may be considered where applicable
- Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable clinical judgment and solid bedside skills
- Comfortable with electronic health record documentation
- Background check and immunizations as required by facility
- Previous clinical experience preferred, new grads may be considered for some assignments
Education
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- RN applicants should have ADN or BSN as applicable
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong patient assessment and monitoring skills
- Medication administration and documentation accuracy
- Wound care and basic clinical procedures
- Familiarity with infection control and safety practices
- Clear, compassionate communication with patients and teams
- Good time management and ability to work independently on per diem shifts
