Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead project management activities to optimize the kidney transplant process end-to-end
- Document and map current workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Draft clear, compliant policies and procedures to support revised workflows
- Design and deliver training for staff on new or updated processes to ensure smooth adoption
- Collaborate with clinical leaders and transplant teams to align project goals with patient care priorities
- Monitor implementation progress and measure outcomes to drive continuous quality improvement
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (required)
- Transplant coordinator experience (required)
- Experience writing policies and procedures and mapping workflows (required)
- Kidney transplant experience (strongly preferred)
- Nurse manager or charge experience (strongly preferred)
- Experience with transplant quality or performance improvement (preferred)
- BLS certification (preferred)
Knowledge & Skills
- Project management and change management skills to drive clinical process improvement
- Strong workflow documentation and process-mapping abilities
- Excellent written communication for policy/procedure development
- Training and implementation skills to onboard multidisciplinary staff
- Familiarity with transplant coordination and clinical transplant operations
- Analytical mindset to identify optimization opportunities and measure impact
