Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Monitor and record vital signs and resident condition accurately and promptly
- Support safe transfers and mobility while promoting resident independence
- Communicate effectively with nurses, therapists, and families about resident needs
- Document care and observations clearly in resident charts and electronic records
- Follow infection control protocols and facility policies to protect residents and staff
Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification — NH or VT licensure preferred given job title
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable working 12+ hour day shifts and a rotating weekend schedule
- Strong communication skills, compassion, and the ability to work well on a team
- Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
Education
- Completion of a state-approved LNA training program
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of personal care techniques and safe resident handling
- Ability to take and report vital signs and changes in condition
- Familiarity with infection prevention and basic clinical protocols
- Good documentation practices and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills for resident-centered care and teamwork
