Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate basic patient care and assist with activities of daily living
- Take and record vital signs accurately and report any changes to the nursing team
- Support mobility and safe transfers while promoting patient independence
- Maintain clear, timely documentation to support excellent continuity of care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff
- Help create a clean, safe, and respectful environment for patients
Qualifications
- Current LNA / Nursing Assistant certification (applicable to NH or VT as required)
- Active state LNA/CNA license in good standing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Comfortable working 12+ hour day shifts and adapting to a biweekly rotation
- Strong teamwork, empathy, and reliable attendance
Education
- Completion of an approved LNA / Nursing Assistant program or equivalent
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in patient hygiene, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Proficient in taking and documenting vital signs and basic observations
- Knowledge of infection control and safety best practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families
- Ability to follow care plans and take direction from nursing staff
