Shift Type: Days vary, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
- Monitor and record vital signs and resident observations accurately
- Safely assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to promote comfort
- Collaborate with nursing staff to follow care plans and report changes promptly
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to infection control practices
- Document care and communication clearly in resident records and shift reports
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification valid in North Carolina
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner
- Ability to pass background checks and required pre-employment screenings
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Current CNA certification (required)
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic resident care and assistance with ADLs
- Ability to take and document vital signs accurately
- Understanding of infection prevention and safety procedures
- Comfortable working in a team-based, fast-paced care environment
- Basic charting/documentation skills; familiarity with electronic records is a plus
