Shift Type: To be determined, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM day
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations with accuracy
- Support safe transfers and mobility assistance for patients
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments following infection control practices
- Communicate changes in patient condition clearly to nursing staff
- Document care and chart in a timely, professional manner
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver consistent, person-centered care
Qualifications
- Current state CNA certification in good standing
- BLS/CPR certification required or willingness to obtain
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Previous CNA or direct patient care experience preferred, new CNAs encouraged to apply
Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Current CNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong hands-on patient care skills including ADLs and transfers
- Basic vital sign measurement and documentation
- Familiarity with infection prevention and safety protocols
- Clear, compassionate communication with patients and team members
- Basic computer/EHR documentation skills
- Teamwork and time-management in a fast-paced clinical setting
