Shift Type: Per diem, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM day shift (days as scheduled)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility with dignity and respect
- Measure and record vital signs and report changes promptly to the nursing team
- Support safe transfers and positioning, following established protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care delivered
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential valid for Pennsylvania
- Comfortable providing hands-on patient care in a skilled nursing/rehab environment
- Ability to work per diem shifts and adapt to scheduled assignments
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a state-approved CNA program
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in assisting with ADLs and basic patient hygiene
- Knowledge of safe patient handling and transfer techniques
- Familiarity with infection control and patient safety principles
- Clear documentation and basic charting ability
- Compassionate bedside manner and strong observational skills
