Shift Type: Varies, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (night); every other weekend required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct resident care and assist with activities of daily living
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes promptly to nursing staff
- Support safe transfers, mobility assistance, and fall prevention efforts
- Assist with personal hygiene, feeding, and toileting with dignity and respect
- Communicate clearly with the care team and document care accurately
- Contribute to a positive resident experience through kindness and reliability
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment
Qualifications
- Active LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification — NH or VT licensure acceptable
- Comfortable working night shift hours (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and every other weekend
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass background checks, immunization and TB screening as required
- Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to resident-centered care
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an approved LNA program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong resident care and bedside manner skills
- Basic clinical skills: vital signs, ADL assistance, transfers
- Accurate documentation and communication with nursing staff
- Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Dependability for night and weekend coverage
