Shift Type: Rotating 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM. Two-week pattern: Week 1: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday; Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday. Every other weekend required. Rotating
Hours per Week: 37
Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, focusing on dignity and comfort
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition to the nursing team
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and support care plans
- Follow infection control, safety, and facility procedures to protect residents and staff
- Support resident engagement through activities and meaningful interactions
- Communicate respectfully with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification (VT or NH licensure welcomed)
- LOCAL ONLY candidates preferred as noted in the order
- Willingness to work a two-week rotating schedule with every other weekend availability
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification encouraged or willing to obtain
Education
- Licensed Nursing Assistant certification (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Knowledge & Skills
- Fundamentals of resident care and assisting with ADLs
- Basic vital sign measurement and recognition of changes in condition
- Charting and documentation best practices
- Infection control and standard safety precautions
- Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks during a busy shift
- Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
