Candidate Pay Rate: $30 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in a skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and clinical changes
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
- Document assessments and interventions clearly in the patient record
- Support patient comfort, dignity, and education during daily care activities
- Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Alabama) — required
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
- Comfortable working overnight shifts and in a rotating schedule
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
- Reliable, team-oriented, and local to the Tuscumbia area (local-only assignment)
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN diploma or equivalent)
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong medication administration and documentation skills
- Solid skills in basic patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
- Knowledge of infection control and safe patient handling
- Clear communication with patients, families, and care teams
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting best practices
