Shift Type: Days vary (per diem schedule), 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Day shift; On-call once a month

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the unit team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
- Oversee daily unit operations, including staffing, patient flow, and documentation
- Coach and mentor nursing staff to strengthen clinical skills and teamwork
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and long-term care regulations
- Coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams and families
- Serve as the on-call manager once per month and respond to unit needs
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) credential (required)
- 1-3 years of supervising skilled experience in long term care (required)
- Proven unit management or charge nurse experience
- Comfort with taking on-call responsibility once a month
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

- Clinical patient care and long-term care best practices

- Patient assessment, care planning, and documentation
- Regulatory compliance and quality improvement awareness
- Team leadership, conflict resolution, and effective communication
