Candidate Pay Rate: $40 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care with compassion and attention to detail
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and facility policy
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient status, and clinical changes accurately
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support quality care
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and maintain dignity-centered care
- Perform thorough, timely charting in the electronic health record
- Maintain infection control standards and promote a safe environment for patients and staff
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in good standing required
- CPR/BLS certification required or willingness to obtain prior to start
- Comfortable working weekend shifts and the schedule outlined
- Local candidate or within commuting distance required (LOCAL ONLY assignment)
- Reliable, patient-focused, and able to work collaboratively in a team
Education
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program and LPN licensure
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong medication administration and documentation skills
- Ability to assess patient condition and escalate concerns appropriately
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families
- Familiarity with long-term care or skilled nursing workflows is a plus
- Time management and multitasking in a busy clinical environment
