Shift Type: Variable per-diem schedule (may include weekdays and every other weekend), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, day shift
Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Provide safe and compassionate hands-on care that preserves dignity
- Monitor residents and accurately record vital signs and observations
- Document care and report changes in condition to nursing staff promptly
- Support mobility and safe transfers, using proper body mechanics and equipment
- Follow infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies to protect residents
- Collaborate with the care team to create a consistent, person-centered experience
Qualifications
- Current, active LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) credential for the applicable state
- Local candidate only (commutable to Franklin, NH)
- Availability for 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shifts and every-other-weekend rotation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a compassionate attitude
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Education
- Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant training program
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on resident care and ADL assistance
- Vital sign measurement and basic clinical observations
- Accurate charting and clear verbal communication
- Infection control and safety best practices
- Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
- Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
