Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, direct patient care and support to residents
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Perform routine assessments and monitor patient status closely
- Document care activities and patient responses clearly and timely
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and the care team to deliver coordinated care
- Support patient comfort, dignity, and family communication
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential
- Ability to work a 12+ hour day shift (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM) as scheduled
- Valid state licensure and compliance with local facility requirements
- Reliable, compassionate approach to patient care and teamwork
- Willingness to work locally (LOCAL ONLY assignment)
Education
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and basic clinical procedures
- Vital sign assessment and patient monitoring
- Clear and timely clinical documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Basic wound care and infection control practices
