Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care consistent with LPN scope of practice
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient status, and progress notes in the medical record
- Collaborate with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
- Assist with ADLs and ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the shift
- Report changes in patient condition promptly and participate in care planning
- Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and follow-up needs
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential in good standing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Experience in long-term care or similar clinical setting is a plus
- Ability to work the assigned Sunday, Monday, Tuesday daytime shifts
- Local candidates preferred (Notes: LOCAL ONLY)
Education
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent diploma/certificate
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong medication administration and documentation skills
- Comfortable with patient assessment and reporting clinical changes
- Good communication and teamwork with nursing staff and providers
- Time management and ability to prioritize in a busy care setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and standard nursing procedures
