Shift Type: Per diem day shifts (days vary), 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; every other weekend required
Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as an LPN
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient status with attention to detail
- Document patient care in the electronic health record in a timely manner
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support care plans
- Educate patients and families on care instructions and discharge planning
- Contribute to a safe, clean, and healing environment for patients
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire or eligibility for state licensure
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Availability for every other weekend coverage
- Local candidate within commuting distance (no travel)
- Demonstrated clinical skills and a patient-first attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; reliability and professionalism
Education
- Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing/Vocational Nursing program and LPN licensure
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and basic nursing procedures
- Patient assessment and reporting changes in condition
- Infection control and safe patient handling practices
- Familiarity with electronic health record documentation
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time during a busy shift
- Excellent interpersonal skills and patient education techniques
