Shift Type: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC (Night)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents at Red Rocks Care Center
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Monitor resident conditions, report changes to the care team, and follow care plans
Assist with daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
Support a positive, safe environment by following facility policies and infection control practices

Qualifications

Valid LPN license (or eligible to obtain) in the state of practice
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain prior to start
Comfortable working 12+ hour night shifts and managing clinical duties independently
Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab settings is a strong plus
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach

Education

LPN diploma or certificate from an accredited program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and proper documentation practices
Resident assessment, vital signs, and basic wound care
Familiarity with long-term care regulatory and safety standards
Team collaboration and clear communication with residents and families
Time management during extended night shifts and handoffs
