Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and procedures following established protocols to deliver accurate, timely results
• Collect, process, and analyze blood, urine, and tissue specimens with care and precision
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure reliable operation
• Prepare reagents, solutions, and media required for testing and keep inventory organized
• Maintain accurate records of test results and manage data using the laboratory information system (LIS)
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols to protect patients and staff and ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with laboratory staff and healthcare professionals to support quality patient care

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Laboratory Technician or in a similar clinical laboratory role
• Proficiency in hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, coagulation, urinalysis, and blood banking techniques
• Experience with laboratory information systems (LIS) and strong data management skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail, analytical ability, and excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in phlebotomy or hospital settings is a plus
• Ability to relocate to Culbertson, MT prior to starting (required)
