Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $41 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
Assess patient status, monitor changes, and communicate effectively with the care team
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Develop and update individualized care plans to meet patient needs
Document patient information thoroughly and maintain accurate medical records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate seamless care
Educate residents and families about care plans, treatments, and discharge instructions

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain licensure
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; additional certifications encouraged
Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or similar clinical settings preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in patient assessment and nursing interventions
Comfortable with electronic charting systems and accurate documentation
Medication administration and safety best practices
Ability to prioritize care in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills for patient and family interactions
