Candidate Pay Rate: $41 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care with clinical excellence
Perform thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
Educate patients and families to support recovery and healthy outcomes
Document care clearly and maintain patient records in the electronic chart

Qualifications

Current and active Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania (required)
Current BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred when applicable
Clinical experience in acute care or relevant specialty preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively on a team
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) — BSN preferred when available

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and critical thinking skills
Medication administration and safe practice knowledge
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Infection control and safety procedures
Excellent interpersonal skills and patient education techniques
Ability to prioritize and manage a varied clinical workload
