Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 12.5-hour shifts (specific start/end times and days to be confirmed); orientation required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care and monitor patient status closely
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the chart
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize care
Assist with activities of daily living and patient comfort measures
Support discharge planning and patient education to promote successful transitions

Qualifications

Current LPN license in good standing (or eligible for New Hampshire licensure)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications preferred
Clinical experience as an LPN preferred; new grads with strong clinical training are welcome to apply
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively on a care team
Proof of required immunizations and background checks as required by facility

Education

LPN diploma or certificate from an accredited nursing program
High school diploma or GED required

Knowledge & Skills

Safe medication administration and basic IV/fluids familiarity
Wound care, dressing changes, and basic clinical procedures
Accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical record use
Patient assessment, vital sign interpretation, and early recognition of changes
Time management, prioritization, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting
