Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, direct patient care that supports comfort and recovery
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor and document patient conditions, vitals, and responses to care
Collaborate with the nursing team and interdisciplinary staff to deliver coordinated care
Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient dignity and independence
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and providers to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program (or equivalent)
Comfortable providing hands-on patient care in a fast-paced setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills — you’ll be part of a close-knit crew
Ability to pass facility-required background check and screenings

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program

Knowledge & Skills

Foundational nursing skills: vital signs, medication administration, basic wound care
Accurate clinical documentation and charting
Infection control and patient safety best practices
Reliable time management and ability to prioritize patient needs
Compassionate patient interaction and family communication
