Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
Perform safe transfers and mobility assistance, following facility protocols
Document care accurately and timely in patient charts
Support a positive, respectful environment for residents and families
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver quality care

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification — required
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Comfort and ability to work overnight shifts (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM) on Monday–Wednesday
Local candidates only (per order: LOCAL ONLY)
Reliable, patient-focused, and able to communicate clearly with team and residents

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Completion of an accredited CNA training program and state certification

Knowledge & Skills

Strong foundational nursing assistant skills and resident care techniques
Infection control, safety practices, and proper use of PPE
Accurate documentation and charting habits
Good communication and teamwork in a fast-paced clinical setting
Ability to follow care plans and physician/nursing instructions
