Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care with compassion and clinical accuracy
Administer medications, treatments, and document per facility protocols
Monitor and report patient status changes to the interdisciplinary team
Perform routine assessments and communicate care needs clearly
Collaborate with RNs and facility staff to support care plans
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical record
Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain promptly
Comfortable with medication administration and basic clinical procedures
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
Professional, reliable, and patient-centered attitude
Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar settings is a plus

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Strong basic nursing assessment and clinical observation skills
Knowledge of infection control and safe medication practices
Clear verbal and written communication with patients and teammates
Time management and ability to prioritize patient needs
Familiarity with electronic charting systems is helpful but not required
Teamwork mindset and ability to follow established care plans
