Roles & Responsibilities

Assist clinical team with ambulatory patient care and rooming
Perform patient intake tasks including vitals, history, and documentation
Prepare exam rooms, instruments, and supplies for patient visits
Support providers during procedures and ensure a smooth patient flow
Maintain accurate patient records and communicate updates to the care team
Provide patient education and follow-up instructions as directed

Qualifications

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred
Medical Assistant certificate or equivalent training welcomed
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Prior ambulatory or outpatient clinic experience a plus
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-focused mindset
Ability to pass required background checks and immunization requirements

Education

High school diploma or GED required
Medical Assistant certificate or relevant vocational training preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Comfortable taking vitals and performing basic clinical procedures
Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced ambulatory setting
Professional bedside manner and clear communication with patients and staff
