Roles & Responsibilities

Provide safe, compassionate direct patient care consistent with LPN scope of practice
Administer medications and document administration accurately
Monitor and record patient vital signs and observe for changes in condition
Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team to support care plans
Perform treatments, wound care, and other procedures as assigned
Communicate clearly with patients and families to educate and support them
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the patient chart

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (must be active or eligible in state)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain during orientation)
Comfortable working 12.5-hour clinical shifts
Strong communication and teamwork skills with a patient-centered approach
Previous LPN experience in an acute care or hospital setting is a plus

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (or equivalent)

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and safety practices
Basic patient assessment and monitoring
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) documentation
Infection control and standard precautions
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
