Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Assist with safe patient transfers, ambulation, and mobility support
Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to infection control procedures
Document care accurately in the patient chart and communicate effectively with the care team
Support patients’ comfort and dignity through respectful, person-centered care

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential — Georgia certification preferred
Demonstrated experience providing direct patient care (facility experience a plus)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Up-to-date immunizations and ability to pass background and health screenings
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, teamwork-focused attitude

Education

High school diploma or GED
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in basic patient care: bathing, feeding, toileting, mobility assistance
Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
Knowledge of infection control and patient safety practices
Comfortable with electronic health record documentation or charting
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff
