Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality bedside care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document per policy
Monitor resident condition, report changes promptly, and collaborate with the care team
Assist with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence
Maintain clear, timely, and accurate records in the resident charting system
Support a positive environment by mentoring CNAs and communicating with families
Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect residents and staff

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania or compact/state eligibility as required
Graduation from an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Successful background check and health screening per facility policy
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
Comfortable with medication administration, charting, and basic wound care

Education

Graduation from an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Solid knowledge of nursing fundamentals and medication administration
Skilled in resident assessment, documentation, and care planning
Familiarity with infection control and clinical safety practices
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced long-term care environment
Good interpersonal skills for working with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
