Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (specific days may vary, 4-week schedule, self-scheduling used)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a Medical/Surgical/Tele Acute 3rd Floor unit
Interpret and sign tele strips at least once a shift
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Participate in unit-specific orientation and training

Qualifications

Current RN licensure
BLS and ACLS certifications
Experience with telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation
Basic knowledge of Cerner
Experience with CVA, TIA, and total joint replacement patients

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation
Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS)
Cerner experience
Patient care and assessment skills
Communication and interpersonal skills
