Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to home health patients
Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
Implement and document patient care
Collaborate with healthcare teams
Travel within a 60-mile radius of Valley City, ND

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapy license in North Dakota
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
1+ year of experience in Physical Therapy, preferably in Home Health
Current Driver's License and auto insurance

Education

Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Physical Therapy techniques and best practices
Home Health care principles
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) - HomeCare/HomeBase
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
