Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the care team
Help with safe transfers, positioning and mobility support
Accurately document care and observations in the patient record
Collaborate with nurses and other team members to deliver coordinated care
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection prevention protocols

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (state-certified required)
Active CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Comfortable working 12+ hour shifts and adapting to schedule needs
Ability to pass background check and meet facility onboarding requirements
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Education

High school diploma or GED
Completed CNA training program and current certification

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and safety practices
Basic vital signs and patient monitoring
Infection control and safe handling techniques
Clear, timely documentation and communication
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting
