Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate physical therapy services to home health and hospice patients
Treat 5-7 patients daily across a 60-mile radius around Valley City
Help patients recover from surgeries, falls, and other common diagnoses
Document care accurately using HomeCare/HomeBase EMR
Build meaningful relationships while delivering care in patients' homes

Qualifications

Current North Dakota Physical Therapy License
BLS certification required
1+ year of previous home health experience
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Strong PT-related clinical skills

Knowledge & Skills

Physical Therapy expertise in home health settings
Comfortable working independently in patients' homes
Familiarity with HomeCare/HomeBase EMR
Excellent communication and time-management skills
