Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, no set schedules

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor cardiac rhythms remotely for up to 60 patients using advanced technology
Recognize and report dangerous rhythm changes following established protocols
Collaborate with local RN staff to ensure timely patient care interventions
Accurately document and communicate cardiac arrhythmias in real-time
Contribute to improved patient outcomes and department metrics

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent related work experience in cardiac monitoring
Graduation from an accredited program including EKG Interpretation
Must pass Advanced Dysrhythmia exam with lethal rhythms (one chance only)
Ability to work in a centralized virtual hospital setting

Knowledge & Skills

Remote Patient Monitoring expertise
Cardiac Arrhythmia Detection skills
EKG Interpretation proficiency
Cardiac Rhythm Recognition abilities
Strong communication and protocol adherence
