Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, block scheduling with every third weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $81 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate one-on-one care to laboring mothers following AWHONN guidelines
Monitor and titrate critical medications like Magnesium and Oxytocin to ensure safe deliveries
Support beautiful mom-baby couplets through the postpartum journey with expert care
Circulate during C-sections to ensure the safest arrival for every newborn
Collaborate with a tight-knit rural healthcare team where your independence truly matters
Float to medical-surgical or emergency departments when needed to lend a helping hand

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact license
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
Experience with EFM systems and neonatal respiratory support equipment
Ability to work independently in a rural setting with limited resources

Knowledge & Skills

Strong Labor and Delivery expertise including antepartum and postpartum care
Confident with titratable drips and set-rate medications
Skilled in neonatal CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen support
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Adaptable to floating assignments and helping hands roles
