Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain mobility and independence through personalized treatment plans
Evaluate and assess patient conditions to develop effective therapy programs
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery techniques
Document progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist license in Texas
Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and treatment planning
Therapeutic exercise programs
Manual therapy techniques
Patient education and motivation
Electronic medical record documentation
