Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM + Call evenings and weekends. On call one evening a week (3:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and 2 Saturdays or Sundays a month (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Circulate a wide variety of surgical cases including cardiovascular, neuro, ortho, and general procedures
Support robotic-assisted surgeries using both Mako and DaVinci systems
Collaborate with surgeons and the perioperative team to ensure safe, efficient procedures
Float between Bryan and College Station campuses as needed to support patient care
Precept new staff and contribute to a positive learning environment

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas
Minimum 4-5 years of hospital operating room experience
Proven robotics experience with Mako and/or DaVinci systems
Strong cardiovascular circulating experience including CABGs
Ability to handle call with 30-minute response time

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise circulating CABGs, craniotomies, and robotic procedures
Comfortable with ortho trauma, total joints, and open belly cases
Familiarity with DaVinci robot for general, urology, and CV specialties
Ability to float between two nearby campuses seamlessly
Reliable, dependable presence with minimal call-outs
