Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, every third weekend and holiday

Candidate Pay Rate: $65 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide expert respiratory care across neonatal to geriatric populations in a Level II trauma center
• Manage ventilators and respiratory equipment including PB 840, PB 980, Hamilton C1, and Airvo systems
• Deliver specialized NICU respiratory support while collaborating with physicians and care teams
• Cover all clinical areas throughout the facility including ICU, surgical, medical, and cardiac units
• Make independent clinical judgements while working closely with interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure optimal patient outcomes through skilled ventilator management and respiratory interventions

Qualifications

• Current RRT or CRT credential required
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
• Active North Dakota state respiratory therapy license
• NICU experience required
• Ability to work independently and exercise clinical judgement
• Strong communication skills for physician collaboration

• NICU respiratory care expertise
• Level II trauma patient management
