Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional pediatric and adult outpatient physical therapy services
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Treat 8-10 patients daily with diagnoses including developmental delay, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
Collaborate with a pediatric PTA and rehab team to deliver coordinated care
Utilize the warm water therapy pool for specialized aquatic therapy interventions
Occasionally assist with acute inpatient evaluations as needed
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records

Qualifications

Current Colorado Physical Therapy license required
BLS certification required
Some pediatric physical therapy experience preferred
Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Pediatric physical therapy techniques and developmental milestones
Outpatient therapy best practices
Patient assessment and individualized treatment planning
Common pediatric diagnoses including developmental delay, autism, and torticollis
Aquatic therapy principles and pool-based interventions
Documentation and clinical record-keeping
