Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as charge nurse leading daily care operations
Administer medications safely and accurately to residents
Provide skilled wound care and monitor healing progress
Collaborate with DON and interdisciplinary team to support resident well-being
Ensure compassionate, high-quality care for residents with heart disease, diabetes, and dementia

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
BLS certification required
Prior long-term care experience preferred
Strong assessment and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Long-term care nursing expertise
Medication administration and wound care
Comfortable working independently as charge nurse
Familiarity with Matrix EMR a plus
