Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to adult patients on a high-flow Progressive Care Unit
Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms while managing cardiac and stroke patients
Titrate drips including Heparin, Octreotide, and Insulin to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Collaborate with a dynamic team of nurses, aides, and support staff to deliver seamless care
Float to Med/Surg, ICU, and ED units as needed, showcasing your versatility and expertise
Admit, transfer, and discharge patients efficiently while maintaining excellent documentation

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Strong telemetry interpretation and drip titration skills
Minimum one year of recent PCU or step-down experience preferred
Ability to pass a 90% open-book skills exam during orientation

Telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation
